Do you do roofing and remodeling, or just one?
Both. Iron Peak is a full service remodeling company. We handle kitchens, bathrooms, tile, full home remodels, and complete roof replacements under one roof.
How long does a typical kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
Bathrooms usually run 3 to 6 weeks depending on tile scope and fixtures. Kitchens typically run 6 to 12 weeks. We give a real timeline up front and update you weekly.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements take 1 to 3 days once we are on site, weather permitting. We tear off, dry in, and reroof clean, then haul everything away.
What is included in your estimate?
An itemized number covering labor, materials, demo, disposal, and finishes. No surprise change orders unless you change the scope. You know the cost before we start.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Iron Peak Remodeling is fully licensed and insured in Idaho. Documentation is available on request before any project begins.
